@Larry1977 similar with those magic bullets for me. I washed a set so bad and eventually got over as a wedding gift. Almost never use it today but anytime I see post on Slickdeals or some other deal site for like $15 I have to talk myself out of it. Even knowing I always have one and that I almost never use it, I’m not sure what phycology is working to make me barley able to resist lol
@Larry1977@scilynt I get it. I have NEVER wanted to blend things out and about. I actually go through effort to not be out there. And when I do have to go out, I just bring drinks, not something that needs blending.
And if I did, shaker cups are cheap and never need charging.
Oh yeah, I get it too! I used to use them for fruit smoothies and milk shakes. Now, even though I don’t drink either one of those anymore, I’m still wanting to buy every one of them I see advertised no matter what the brand is. And that’s even AFTER I’ve already gifted one to every family member and close friends.
Should it ever break, I already have a backup unit for the backup. Lol And the lidded cups are great for tons of stuff, those are used daily!
I got my son one of these for his protein shakes a couple of years ago. Works well. Easy to clean. Surprisingly strong.
I got it directly from blendjet and it came with a bunch of shake powders - I do not recommend those. He said they were absolutely disgusting. But the blender is great
We have a couplefew of these. One I bought a few years ago, and a couple we got when Costco had a double pack a couple of years ago. They work great. Definitely a great generic ‘oops, I need an emergency gift’ idea. They work much better than you would expect.
Front page description needs to be updated to 15, not 50 blends per charge. I have a couple of these and it’s barely 10 blends per charge and each blend isn’t even the full blend. Works great to puree food for infant, especially as travel. If blending ice, make sure it’s small cubes and have plenty of water - it’s not a replacement for proper countertop blender. We have our ninja and vitamix blenders for that.
@customers we had an inaccurate bullet on today’s Blendjet deal stating “50 blends per charge” when the official spec is “15+ blends per charge” – sorry for the screwup! If this changes your mind, you’re welcome to cancel your order.
@ndimitru No – our serial #'s are not part of the recall. We never sell recalled product… If we ever do, it’s by mistake and we’ll rectify it (or provide info that the recall issues were fixed)
@bassjunkie22 Don’t do it. Buy some merch directly from your favorite independent band instead. They need the money more than Meh does (and maybe more than you do).
(this is not a reflection on this product, for which I have zero opinion… I’m just following your orders.)
I have an older version of these that has been going strong for probably 7-8 years. I never really use it with ice but it’s fantastic for protein shakes and random sauces. Takes up less room and works better than a shaker.
I don’t know if I can add much here. I have a couple of these that I’ve had for a while. They work great if you want something that will pretty completely mix up a very thin smoothie or drink. Think about a powdered smoothie mix with water or maybe some kind of mud water or coffee/mushroom kind of drink. And they are not that large, so it’s just one serving. Don’t think ice cream or even ice cubes… You’ll be disappointed.
I harbor a grudge against BlendJet because my recalled blender was never replaced. For months they claimed there was simply a shipping delay, and then they stopped responding at all. But they were more than comfortable adding me to their marketing list. I’ll never buy BlendJet again. The one I have that wasn’t recalled barely gets through two belnds on a charge, anyway.
I just got my BlendJet (in a different Meh deal) and Love it. I have an AM drink with protein and collagen powders, magnesium powder and sometimes Benefiber and/or greens powder. With a 24 oz. shaker bottle (with the springy thing), I usually still have some little clumps. (I use water, oat milk, and/or fruit juice for a liquid.)
Granted, now I have to do this formula in two batches and pour it into a drinking bottle, but it comes out so creamy and smooth, I’m super pleased.
Here’s a tip. Blend your drink with travel lid on, turn upside down and unscrew blender and put the stock lid on bottom. no need to drink with the blender attached…
Got it a few days ago and am extremely disappointed with it. It took twice as long to charge as it states it should and so far mine has only lasted 4-6 blends before its completely out of battery. It also seems to have trouble with anything other than protein powder and water. I tried throwing in part of a banana (not frozen) with 1 tablespoon of powder and some water and it kept jamming…and then it was out of power again! I am lucky if I manage to blend one drink with it and have enough power to do a single clean blend cycle afterwards. Save your money if this ever pops up again!
@Ghostpilot@mutagen I got two. One charged fine in the recommended time, and turned on as expected. The other didn’t seem to want to charge. I tried charging it overnight and it finally showed the all blue ring. Turning it on was odd but it did start. I don’t know if that one’s going to keep working or not. I guess I have a couple of months to see.

SOMETHING IS SPOOKING THE COWS
Crazy how I bought these from Target for around $50 when they first came out and trending while today you can find them much cheaper

And yet… they are shiny for some reason?

Is this the same one that was in the mehathon that people were calling a weak sister?
@therealjrn looks like
I’m curious about opening one up to juice the motor and replace the battery… But not that curious.
The margarita question finally hit like an amazing joke years in the making!

@Aj432 liberal use of the word “joke” there.
You should have used a scene from White Lotus as your sad attempt at cultural relevance.
@Kyeh

Not very smart of him to use a real blender and pour it into his blendjet
@troy That whole clan was kind of stupid …
@Kyeh @troy That was a fad, aka the inception blender smoothie.
/showme blender contents being poured into blender that is pouring it’s contents into another blender.
Is it LIVE or is it MEMOREX

Xmas / Hannukah / bad anniversary gifts?
Can it make a milkshake?
@famwelch can it core a apple?
@famwelch Can it ever!
/showme Anthropomorphized Blendjet 2 Portable Blender working at an ice cream parlour and making a milkshake for a human.
@famwelch @Perfect_Timing Yes, it can core a apple.
@Perfect_Timing @theduck Thank you so much for using the correct article for that scene. I say “can it core a apple” all the time.
We have a couplefew of these. One I bought a few years ago, and a couple we got when Costco had a double pack a couple of years ago. They work great. Definitely a great generic ‘oops, I need an emergency gift’ idea. They work much better than you would expect.
NO. Won’t charge, battery life horrible, ice gets stuck, to name a few things. Oh BTW recalled for blade parts in your smoothie…
@gfreek not to mention the company is out of business now too.
@gfreek @mog386 I can’t believe meh would sell anything from a company that is out of business.
@gfreek @mog386 Why do you say the company is out of business? Their website seems like they’re fully operational.

Are the containers glass or plastic?
@dtettinger Plastic – you can read more on the Amazon page here
Offer the color on the recipe book or gtfo.
Apparently AI’s having a hard time distinguishing between Stallone and Travolta.

@hammi99 Thank you for that – not sure where that 50 figure came from. I’ve updated
@troy pleasure!!
@customers we had an inaccurate bullet on today’s Blendjet deal stating “50 blends per charge” when the official spec is “15+ blends per charge” – sorry for the screwup! If this changes your mind, you’re welcome to cancel your order.
@troy so it’s “up to 15” or “minimum of 15”?
@pakopako 15 or more is the claim
are these ones recalled?
@ndimitru No – our serial #'s are not part of the recall. We never sell recalled product… If we ever do, it’s by mistake and we’ll rectify it (or provide info that the recall issues were fixed)
Is this a joke. $106 regular price? This thing is regularly $15 for the last 5 years.
@kbaum17 $76.73 if you scoured across the web from 4 different sites (lowest I could find, anyways)
$29.00 Blendjet | $7.91 Lid | $5 sleeve | $9.95 Book | $24.87 20oz Jar (Plus $8.50 shipping for the Jar… can’t find that anywhere else)
Why do I want this so bad? Someone talk me out of it
@bassjunkie22 Don’t do it. Buy some merch directly from your favorite independent band instead. They need the money more than Meh does (and maybe more than you do).
(this is not a reflection on this product, for which I have zero opinion… I’m just following your orders.)
@bassjunkie22 @steelopus what bands make personal blender merch though?
@bassjunkie22 @steelopus @troy maybe Eve 6, Inside Out ( heart in a blender)?
I have an older version of these that has been going strong for probably 7-8 years. I never really use it with ice but it’s fantastic for protein shakes and random sauces. Takes up less room and works better than a shaker.
@rambopandabear but this is functionally a shaker.
Meh or SD or MS is selling those Dorothy automatic stirring machines (wall plug required) for $5.
That’s OK I’m gonna keep it. I’ve ordered several from you already for Christmas and I love it
still an awesome deal
PANS! GLANDS! CRAYONS! AWESOME!
Can I take this on a plane so I can make margaritas away from home?
@paularossi90 Buddy, if you sweet talk the crew, you can make margaritas IN the plane!

@DenelleMT Neato! What kind of recipes are in the included book?
But does it come in Georgia red?
@dettsam Not here. Just Henry Ford black.
i got one last go around, the blender with jar and lid on doesnt fit in the sleeve, anyone else?
Here’s a tip. Blend your drink with travel lid on, turn upside down and unscrew blender and put the stock lid on bottom. no need to drink with the blender attached…
I want to buy it already
@goofyolga There’s nothing stopping you. The deal is still live!

When will you ship this order.
Don’t know if this was the case for anyone else, but mine didn’t work straight out of the box.
Followed the instructions: let it charge for 2+ hours until the circle was blue (indicating a full charge).
Then when I attempt to use it, the circle flashes red and purple (indicating no charge).
I then let it charge another hour and still the same result.
First time in as long as I can remember where I received something that was non-functional straight from the box.
@Ghostpilot Yeah mine didn’t work either, I’m here looking to submit a support ticket. Bummer, because I was kind of looking forward to using this.
