My wife and I go out now and then and for something different we went to Red Robin a couple months back. We weren’t sure what to get so we tried a variety of things. The fish and chips were bad. Stay away. However, the big surprise was the wings with Mike’s Hot Honey sauce. If I’m honest it was probably just drizzled with honey and. Then dusted with cayenne pepper powder. The best part was that the chicken was fried super crispy and still moist. Very hot right out of the fryer. Another great addition was the bed of crispy fresh fried potato chips in the bottom swimming in honey.
Note, however, some time later I picked up some for takeout. Very disappointing. Not as hot. Not as crispy and the chips were just meh. Definitely a meal best enjoyed in the restaurant.

Years back, BWW had a limited time sauce for their wings, “Wild Wasabi”. Best ever!
