I’m left wondering if Irk intentionally misinterpreted the snowman-themed decorations as actual snowmen, or if that was accidental.
But when I reviewed it to make sure I remembered it right, it turns out it wasn’t clearly one way or another. So potentially I am the one misinterpreting her actual snowmen as being just decorations depicting snowmen.
Definitely not a Christmas decoration… Several years ago I was visiting mom in assisted living and at dinner her table was talking about how they missed living in a neighborhood where they could see the snowmen kids built. So under the cover of darkness, after I had left mom that evening, I built one by their living room window (which was next to the front door). I even ran down the street to Walmart to get it a hat, carrot nose, scarf and mittens for the ends of its stick arms (used rocks for eyeballs and pebbles for the mouth that I swiped from the drainage area that had been rock filled). I put a face on both sides so they could see it from the living room and also when entering via the front door. Wish I had taken a photo. The residents were thrilled.
Sweet post
@medz Sorry for the delay, I had a really long day yesterday, and then spent much of today on Right Now items.
le sigh

@Kidsandliz That’s great!
Careful, sometimes they don’t just melt on their own.
