Anyone having refunding issues before the site renewal?

I bought items worth 3 speaker docks; worth 45$ in July 18th 2014 2:41pm ET,

and I sent a 30$ refund request and in July 20th 2014 06:22PM CDT
Marcus Kirksey replied that the refund was successful and only one of the speakers were shipped.

Yes, only one speaker dock was shipped but the problem was that 30$ is still not refunded!

I have an app to check my card usage, but none of the refunds came.

I checked in my credit card company, but they also said that there were not any kind of refunds from mediocre.

I think this error happened because I tried to refund before the site renewal.

Does anyone have a refunding issue?

Okay, so you asked meh to refund 2 speaker docks. They say they processed the refund, but your credit card company hasn't seen that yet? Sounds like a job for @hollboll!
