@f00l Seasoned in the same way as cast iron, but with less mass while achieving similar cooking characteristics.
Was wondering if you have a fav way to season carbon steel and cast iron?
@f00l 500F oven and peanut oil, by preference, but the Other Half Who Uses Such Things More Than I Do is less picky about the oil and just wings it on the temp on the stove, by observation.
