Dammit, had to buy for the mystic wolves one. Maybe I’ll pose one of my empty Nitro Pepsi cans with that one. What kind of personality would that beverage have, anyway? Probably drives a fast sports car and/or is always talking about racing things with big engines.
@RogerWilco This is pretty high up the list of things I didn’t know I (and certain family members) did need. Six of them will make a few people laugh and that’s good.
/showme ulterior-flattering-cave
I just cannot say no to this. I bought four of the 3-packs, and I doubled up on the sleeping bag one. That thing is amazing. I already have the wine bottle version, which is being offered on Sidedeal. It’s awesome, and it’s well worth the $6.
Beverage with a personality: Energy drink. Always bragging about the extra doses of caffeine and taurine. Can be seen wearing a faux barista hat over a do rag and a sleeveless shirt to emphasize flexing biceps. Tattoo of “Mom” on one shoulder and a dagger on the other. Sometimes shivering when it’s not cold. Overly defensive: “Why do you keep saying i’m hyper?”
Too late meh. Packing the car tonight for a burn this weekend where these would have been perfect. Fortunately I bought a bunch of the CanKeepers to share with friends.
@pixelated It’s the perfect outfit for the season. Imagine yourself as a can, trying to keep your cool in hot summer weather. A man’s summer is a can’s winter!
@hchavers based on the photos, I presume you just drink it through the can’s opening as usual. Either holding the jackets by the arms (probably not very stable, since those arms aren’t solid) or just grabbing it about the middle.
The hoodies might need the hood pulled back first.
This is one of those things that someone did as a promo piece for some event. People liked it so much, they decided to manufacture it & sell it to the general public, resulting in what we see here. Of course, now that I think about further, that’s how a good portion of products wind up here on meh…
These actually fit dolls–the thinner version of the “American Girl”-style dolls and something called Asian Ball Jointed dolls. And at this price they’re something like 10 times cheaper than actual jackets made for them.
@ItalianScallion@Kyeh@Star2236@xobzoo I thought those were a single-serve container. Label says 6 servings… what?
That’s why I usually don’t let myself buy ice cream containers anymore.
The bars like from Costco give a bit more “portion control” if you can control it. Also, probably for our own health* the bars are much smaller than when they fed them to us overweight kids, and 16oz pints are now 12-14oz. We have to thank the profit-maximizing overlords for saving us! What, me cynical?
@ItalianScallion@Kyeh@pmarin@Star2236@xobzoo After realizing that the enjoyment I get from a small amount of great ice cream is much more than a large amount of okay ice cream, I’ve taken to having just a spoonful of cherry garcia at a time. A pint lasts me over a month of ~5x/week ice cream servings! Definitely recommended.
To help my self-control, I put the pint back in the freezer before eating my spoonful
To whoever put these packs of 3 together - thanks for creating these! These are very cute, and I wish the best for your success! Sadly, as a picky consumer, I am not buying, despite the adorable cat one, because I don’t want the ski one in that pack - I wish all 3 in that collection were animal themed. The wolf goes with the cat, but the ski one seems out of place. Hope everyone who does purchase enjoy these adorable little coats!
@zisakura Believe me, the vintage ski coat was the wackiest one on the list and was the only logical one to include in order to complete the “wacky 3-pack”
@troy@zisakura Totally agree, but just wondering if those substances are now legal in Texas. The wacky weed kind. I can’t keep up with state laws these days.
(I just remember the days of drive-through liquor stores and OK for driver too as long as you didn’t seem too drunk — and too drunk was a relative term in Texas.)
These look fun/silly/strange enough I’d be willing to throw a few buck at them.
But I don’t hang out with anybody who drinks from cans (or bottles) very much at all.
@xobzoo Oh to be back in the college days. But then it was usually a 1/2 keg in the dorm room. Rules allowed us to do it but with door closed (no limit on number of partyers inside), and at some point the R.A. Would come out to scold us for being too loud. Good times. Hint: if a college undergrad, don’t get a room 2 doors from floor R.A.

These are pretty funny.
@yakkoTDI Not that pretty.
Yeah… WTaF?
This is shockingly meh.
/showme shockingly meh
I almost bought these just because they are so old-school Meh.
Almost…
Dammit, had to buy for the mystic wolves one. Maybe I’ll pose one of my empty Nitro Pepsi cans with that one. What kind of personality would that beverage have, anyway? Probably drives a fast sports car and/or is always talking about racing things with big engines.
/giphy unforgiving-big-orca

I did not picture the day “starting” with laughing at can/bottle holders, but here we are.
This is pretty high up the list of things I didn’t know I didn’t need.
@RogerWilco This is pretty high up the list of things I didn’t know I (and certain family members) did need. Six of them will make a few people laugh and that’s good.
/showme ulterior-flattering-cave
@mediocrebot Now I can keep my beer cold while I do some spelunking!
/giphy plain progressive marble

Do I need these? No. But Space Cats! My daughter has a hoodie and leggings of space cats, so she clearly needs this.
@remo28 I need that plain progressive marble thing!
These are adorably stupid, and I want some …

You read my mind, @Kyeh… and I’m one who always pours beer, sparkling water, etc. into a glass.
@ItalianScallion I usually do too - but I guess for outdoors they might be nice. Mostly, as you said, they’ll be good for the laughs!
@Kyeh I caved. They are too cute
@tinamarie1974 Aren’t they? I bet your niece will get a giggle out of them. I think my mother will be amused - she’s kind of kid-like these days.
@Kyeh that is exactly why I got them. Im going to suprise her.
Hipefully it makes your mom smile
I feel like this would be great for an arts and crafts project. It’s just missing the papier-mâché head.
@AaronLeeJohnson i won’t ask which politician’s head you’re going to copy.
(That’s just be starting something…)
This is ridiculous. I love it.
“AI” is the thinking insulator brain cooler; guaranteed to keep you stupid.
@DrunkCat You must be using a lot of AI on this one. They are probably starting their new life without you already.
@yakkoTDI k

HIKING! VIKINGS! STRIKE KING [BRAND FISHING LURES]! AWESOME!
@jeffcohen Ice cream is savory?
@blaineg @jeffcohen … Chocolate meatloaf ice cream could fit the description?
Well, i’m all set. Now my wine bottles can be dressed as well as some of my wino buddies.

Can’t wait until this is a ground score at a festival to confuse all the wooks.

I must admit that at my first glance this morning I thought these were insulated hoodies, vests, etc. - until I looked closer.
@Kidsandliz Well, they are - but for cans & bottles!
It’s not cute.
I’d call it disturbing.
Plus, it’s almost summer, it’s the wrong outfit.
@pixelated
A2D
@pixelated
Did you really expect in-season stuff from Meh?
@pixelated It’s the perfect outfit for the season. Imagine yourself as a can, trying to keep your cool in hot summer weather. A man’s summer is a can’s winter!
@pixelated @troy

@pixelated they are adorable
How do you consume the drink? For me, they are not too cute to be useful.
@hchavers based on the photos, I presume you just drink it through the can’s opening as usual. Either holding the jackets by the arms (probably not very stable, since those arms aren’t solid) or just grabbing it about the middle.
The hoodies might need the hood pulled back first.
I bet these fit gear shifters, too.
@RichSPK Oooh, I gotta try that when mine arrive!
@ItalianScallion @RichSPK yeah, thats a great idea
Ideally I’d want a flannel, a hoodie, and the denim jacket, but two out of three will do.
I don’t drink anything in a can, but I have family members who do. One will love it, one will be totally mystified. I live for the mystifying.
And maybe I can make the third one work with something vaguely can shaped.
@TheFLP Maybe a small water bottle?
@TheFLP A couple of them might make humorous G-strings.
Do they come in 2XL?
@blaineg To fit over your extra-large … can?
in general I laugh at this ridiculous product.
in particular I laugh at the people who spent $22 apiece on this product.
This is one of those things that someone did as a promo piece for some event. People liked it so much, they decided to manufacture it & sell it to the general public, resulting in what we see here. Of course, now that I think about further, that’s how a good portion of products wind up here on meh…

These are really cute, but my wife would kill me
and my dogs would immediately think they were chew toys
@bassjunkie22 I really wish you had less impulse control
I caved, BUT I had a $10 off coupon so I snagged 2 bundles!!!
I wonder if these fit a pint of ice cream?
@Star2236 Ooh, good idea! Maybe the zippered ones? If you don’t close the zippers all the way?
@Star2236 BTW, I checked at Amazon, and the zippers really do work!
@Kyeh @Star2236 Hmmm… maybe if you transfer the ice cream into a one-pint water bottle with a wide opening.
@ItalianScallion @Kyeh @Star2236 Who’s got the self control to transfer the ice cream to any container other than their mouth?
@Kyeh @Star2236 @xobzoo Good point!
@ItalianScallion @Kyeh @Star2236 @xobzoo I thought those were a single-serve container. Label says 6 servings… what?

@agnesnutter @ItalianScallion @pmarin @Star2236 @xobzoo That’s quite a bit of self control!
But … how big is the spoon?
Also, Ben & Jerry’s is still a full pint!
@Kyeh @pmarin @Star2236 @xobzoo
@agnesnutter you have an awesome amount of self-control!
VAN MURALS! GROUND SQUIRRELS! SPIT CURLS! AWESOME!
/showme gentle-memorable-tortellini
@mediocrebot That is the most gentle tortellini I’ve ever seen. Truly memorable.
@ItalianScallion @mediocrebot sauce looks wonderful. Very hungry now.
For drinks like this:

They need a cooler shaped like a straightjacket.
@rockblossom Have you had it?
@Kyeh No. Strawberry/Mint sounds interesting, but isn’t gluten free. This company also makes non-alcoholic sodas, but I have never found any here.
@rockblossom It sounds a little like kombucha?
@Kyeh Same kind of thing but I don’t know if they taste similar. The Strawberry-Mint Kvas above is made with barley malt - so light beer/ale?
@rockblossom Hmmm. Interesting!
Ralphie didn’t wear the coat that made it impossible to put his arms down. That was Randy. I expect better prompts going forward.
@macphoenix This is the prequel, Randy’s jacket was a hand-me-down
@dave @macphoenix Good spin!

Also today’s musical interlude

Will this fit my cat?
@PocketBrain If your cat’s really small, and if you cut the bottom off the cooler.
@Kyeh @PocketBrain Only if the cat allows you to successfully stuff it into one.
I can’t believe I just commented on a cat thread.
