I sleep with a foam wedge pillow. It helps me not to snore.
I went on a work trip. The morning after my first night I ordered an inflatable wedge pillow like these.
It’s great at keeping my head/neck/shoulders elevated so I don’t snore.
It’s horrible at dissipating heat. I always wake up sweating.
But if you need one for travel, this might just be ideal.
