From the fruity aromas to the lingering finish, this approachable red wine showcases the best of the blend. Aromas of cherry, black plum and warm spice are appealing. Smooth tannins and light toasty oak notes frame the cherry, plum and vanilla flavors. It is a medium-bodied balanced wine with a fruit forward finish and is made in a ready to drink style-no additional aging required. Pairs well with your glass, pizza, a burger or BBQ chicken.

Tasting Notes
Very fragrant! Passion fruit with floral notes, peach, and citrus. Bright flavors continue with tropical fruit, peach, a touch of honey, and a hint of grassiness. The finish is framed by mild acidity and the wine is light and refreshing. This blend is made to enjoy on its own or with dishes that have some rich spices like curried chicken or Thai shrimp salad. It pairs even better with your glass.

About The Winery
Winery: Pedroncelli Winery & Vineyards
Owners: Pedroncelli Family
Founded: 1927
Location: Geyserville, CA
Since 1927, when John Pedroncelli, Sr. purchased vineyards and a small winery in Sonoma County’s Dry Creek Valley, two elements remain unchanged: the exceptional place for the Pedroncelli family farms vineyards and the family’s dedication to making fine wines. Nine decades strong, we are still family-owned and operated. It all adds up to tradition, heritage, and a family of wines you can enjoy with confidence.
The winery and vineyards are located in Dry Creek Valley, an American Viticultural Area we helped form. Renowned as prime land for grape growing, high-quality wines are the result. The climate, where the development in ripening grapes is protected from the heat by the marine fog intrusion in the evenings, is singular and unparalleled. Pedroncelli wines are regionally focused and site-specific and we’ve learned to pair the right varietal with the best place creating a great character.
At Pedroncelli, wine is second nature to us. We love to entertain and share our stories over an easy-drinking glass of white wine. The friendships that develop are more important than the varietal or the shape of the glass. Here’s to friends!
@Michaelforman Hmm, I long ago figured out what my wife likes (thank you local wine tastings!) so I hit about 90%+ wins on casemates and meh. The box wine was a great one - simple but easy to bring and drink at BBQ. toss box in trash/recycling. Light weight.
Pedroncelli is a good wine, but every palate is different!
@Michaelforman Consider the name “CaseMates”. Hopefully you have 2 or 3 friends who like wine to divvy up the case and cost with? And these wines do get good reviews (liked by many people who are not your wife…).
Mixed case bought. I especially like the whites for the casual wine drinker that visits. Always seems to be a pleaser. And the red with the twist off is great for that “last bottle” of the night!
@gforson1 No. It’s a good quality dry red wine. If you have the space and time, let some age for another 6 months to a year. Then it becomes a great wine.
Yup, Pedroncelli tends to be an auto buy for me. Turns out I have (well its had now) $11.30 in money to further discount this. And I was only going to get one case but lets be real - for $99 /12 = 8.25 per bottle, where are you going to get that in a supermarket? for a DECENT wine?
So in for two, and I have so run out of space… @Winedavid49 you are really not doing me any favors, I can’t seem to drink the wine fast enough!!!
this has historically been a must buy for me, but my wine consumption has dropped to almost nothing (I am basically the only one left in my house who drinks it even occasionally)… can’t justify the purchase or in all probability the membership any longer. it was fun while it lasted, I guess.

Here’s a toast to Chandler! I imagine he’d have a pithy comment for us on this.
@phendrick They show a pic of Dangerous Liaisons but everyone knows that Weekend at Bernie’s is Rachel’s favorite.
@phendrick Could he BE more pithy? Lol, my mom named her cat Chandler Bing!

I have bought wine from Meh four times and each time it was not a popular choice with my wife. I’m happy to take a risk but not at $100.

I am no longer allowed to purchase cases of wine without specific permission. And she said no. Sigh.
@rustyh3 Yeah, I’m not old enough to order booze either,
.
I bought this when it was on Casemates and it’s a great house wine for the price. Just had some last night! But can’t ship safely right now to Fla.

@gforson1 No. It’s a good quality dry red wine. If you have the space and time, let some age for another 6 months to a year. Then it becomes a great wine.
@gforson1 @Springbank the white has a touch of sweet. it’s a great bridge wine for those who prefer sweet.
