Black Friday is Amateur Night
Pfft. Look at all these stores running around with their Black Friday doorbusters. All of the sudden everybody’s a deal expert. Like all it takes to make a spectacular deal is to pinch your margin on the stuff you sell every day anyway. Like one day of loss leaders will trick everybody into thinking they’re getting a great deal the rest of the year.
Nice try. Those guys put months of planning into landing deals for one day. We’re out here running this game every damn day. We don’t run deals to keep you coming back and paying full price. We run deals to keep you coming back for more deals.
So for Black Friday this year, here’s a deal like we do the other 364 days of the year (or the other 365, in 2016’s case)… only, fine, we’ll make it even better.
We’ve offered the Canon EOS Rebel T6 at this price before - much to Canon’s chagrin. They’d rather we weren’t offering the current model Rebel DSLR at a MAP-busting price, including an 18-55mm lens. We’d rather we were as funny as Patton Oswalt and as rich as Mark Cuban. Hell, we’d settle for being as funny as Mark Cuban and as rich as Patton Oswalt. Such is life.
Anyway, this time, we’re also including a Canon 75-300mm zoom lens… at no extra charge. Ooh, Canon’s gonna hate that.
