Better Than The Ones You Have

They’re sponges. But, like, the best sponges.

They won’t scratch or chip your stuff. They don’t wear down. They don’t get stinky. They don’t stain or discolor. Also, you can dishwash them to keep them fresh.

They are, again, really good sponges.

It’s not just the product copy that tells you that, either. It’s the reviews. Buzzfeed named them a “Splurgeworthy Pick.” Wirecutter recommended them as well, and provided some good tips for maintenance. And over on Amazon (where a 3-pack costs more than half as much as our 20-pack), these things have an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.

This is my new favorite scrubby. It rinses clean, including food bits and absorbed soap. It has a really soft side and a gentle scrubber side. It’s really bendable so it’s easy to get into corners.

1. They don’t stink!! My biggest pet peeve are stinky sponges and dish clothes. Not jet scrubz! I don’t think I’ve had one yet that has started to smell mildewy.
2. They last for months. Since they don’t get nasty smelly you can keep for months.

Why do we like it so much? Because it highlights an important thing happening here. These are fucking SPONGES! The content of the reviews says something about their quality, but the fact that there are any reviews at all says more. Nobody should get to a point in their life where they’re legitimately excited about a sponge. So a sponge that makes people excited enough to go online and write a review? It’s probably really good.
