The Whodunnit Gang and Jack the Pumpkin Man: a Meh-rathon
“Wow,” Greg said, leaving one of the labs. “Your uncle wasn’t kidding. They certainly have some interesting specimens around here.”
“They sure do!” Delilah said. “I’ve never seen a pumpkin that can do that before.”
“I’m a bit more surprised by what I see out in the hallway,” Val said in a hush.
“Huh?” Greg said.
But Val pulled them behind a plant and held her finger to her lips. Up a little ways, they watched as a young woman exited a door labeled “Authorized Personnel Only.”
It was the girl from the farm stand.
