The Whodunnit Gang and Jack the Pumpkin Man: a Meh-rathon
In the parking lot, the local sheriff stood with Jack, still in costume, handcuffed.
“Thanks for calling, kids,” the sheriff said. “The community will be glad to know this terror is off the streets. Or more accurately, out of the fields. But who is he?”
“Before we unmask, any guesses?” Val asked.
“Is it your Uncle Vincent?” Delilah said. “He said scaring off some of the farmers would sure make things easier.”
Just then, Uncle Vincent burst through the Institute’s doors. “Kids! I heard what happened! Are you all okay? Oh my, you’ve got him!”
