Emerson 39" LED Dumb TV (Refurbished)
- Just a TV, pretty much
- No apps, no WiFi, none of that “smart” crap
- 39" isn’t big enough for 1080p to really matter
- 60Hz refresh rate

You didn’t think we were serious about all that “spend a little more to get a better TV” stuff, did you? PSYCHE!
Our whole thing is: spend as little as possible on everything all the time. When you scrape your pennies together for this Emerson Dumb TV, you know you’re not paying extra for any bullshit apps nobody ever uses, because it doesn’t have those. And refresh rate? What is a refresh rate anyway? Probably something the fancy-TV industry made up to sell more fancy TVs.
This is just a TV for TV watchers to watch TV shows in Real TV America. It’s for reg’lar folks who want to get on-air without putting on airs. You’re probably just going to put this in your kids’ room or kitchen or basement anyway. Is it really worth any worry, any research, any money beyond the absolute minimum?
Nah. Just disregard that baloney we were serving yesterday about paying more for more features. Grab the cheapest TV you can find that has a working screen. That’s really what you should do. Until the next time we sell fancier TVs, anyway.
