Good YouTube standup specials
1Not that they are just on YouTube. Just that’s where they tend to release stuff so everyone can see them. Drybar comedy club used to put out a rotating list. Netflix and Amazon both have gone in on standup but you have to have the service.
I suggest Murder Sheets.

This has nothing to do with the fact that she’s my age, both kills off cats and has two retired vets for parents… And it’s very funny. Just randomly showed up in my recommendations.
I saw an older special years ago I forget which one but she was also good then. Just a random YouTube suggestion I’m glad popped up.
Any other suggestions?

Does what to cats?
@Kyeh lol it’s a bit of a dark joke. Part of it was her 16 year old cat died. Then she got a new one and I guess it died quickly. Then she got another one.
She obviously doesn’t kill cats.
Just some bad luck.
I dont actually want any of the cats dead but. Sometimes. When ones being a particular asshole… I could do with one less
So dating wise. Women my age likes cats. Very funny. Somehow reduces the population by their aura …
And really it’s just tatertot that randomly died, she didn’t say why. Pasta had cancer.
@unksol Oh, okay (obviously I didn’t watch it, although I will sometime; she seems very appealing.)
@Kyeh right. Bad phrasing on my part.
Someone just stealth pissed in my right sandal which is an ongoing thing. IDK why. Might be Janet. And you have to admire their aim.
And Janet runs to me to snuggle so you know. Ok I don’t know why but it’s… Understandable? I can deal with it.
I don’t want them to die. But if they passed away through no fault of my own. And this stopped happening… It would resolve a problem…
@unksol Well, the shoe pisser is probably trying to deliver a message of some sort; too bad it’s so cryptic. Have you ever watched Jackson Galaxy? He’s got some pretty great insights into cat behavior.
@Kyeh lol yes I’m aware. It’s more than just the sandal. I’m well aware too many cats. And I don’t think Jaxons stuff would work in this case. I mean the end result would be getting help on rehoming some of them. Which. Yes? But also not dropping them at a shelter.
@earlyre that one had popped up. I enjoyed it

Dara O’Briain - The video quality is a little low but he is pretty funny if you can understand the accent and slang.
@yakkoTDI I caught that one too. Also recommend.

It’s interesting how platforms like YouTube have become such a hub for comedy releases nowadays, isn’t it? I’ve stumbled upon some great stand-up specials there too. One comedian that really caught my attention is Liz Miele. I mean, her humor just clicks with me, you know? It’s relatable and downright hilarious. I remember stumbling upon one of her specials a while back, and it was a pleasant surprise. The way she blends personal anecdotes with sharp wit is just spot-on. So, I totally get why you’re recommending Murder Sheets. Her style cracks me up every time.
@MohamedBradley mmm no way this is not an AI
@unksol what’s wrong with my comment?
@unksol I just tried to be nice and polite…
@MohamedBradley With all of the grammatically flawless and often florid verbosity seen in stuff generated by the likes of ChatGPT, something that’s too well constructed, longer than typical, and from a previously unseen source, pings the AI-ometer for a lot of people. And some will also be thinking “User may be real, content is ChatBot.”

@pakopako I’ve had meetings that were worse.
@unksol Did you see this?

@Kyeh His other stuff is good too. The TED Talk on spam e-mail is great.
@yakkoTDI Thanks, I’ll check it out!
