@brainmist@Kyeh I assume my (garbage disposal) dog would eat sprouts. I can’t remember if I’ve ever offered him some, but I do know that he will happily eat raw broccoli stems and cabbage.
My dog was a rescue from the pound - I am (at least) his 4th caretaker. I don’t know if he was underfed in his early years, but he has a very broad definition of what he considers “dog treats” (chicken turds are pretty high on his list).
I check ingredients to make sure they are good quality with no by-products. If I see something like this deal with good ingredients, good reviews and a good price… I jump on it. Thanks for providing my dogs with variety! The regular retail price is just too much for us but the meh price is great!
I do a variety, but a lot of times I can source really good foods for cheap. Like, for a while, bison liver was $.50/ pound in my area. My dogs ate a lot of bison liver.
These treats are more expensive than just getting stew meat. So probably I’ll go with stew meat.
Getting out of my socks.
Cat treats.
@yakkoTDI And by “Cat treats”, I assume you mean Kitty Roca snatched from the litterbox?
@macromeh No. I mean cat treats for cats as I have never owned a dog.
Whatever new animal I buy at petco.
Once again, no dog to treat, so I had to pick this post to answer.
Whatever tastes good enough for me to also eat.
Nonexistent. (No dog here.)
Whatever my wife spoils the dog with now.
/showme treats for a nonexistent dog
@mediocrebot kinda weird?
@awk @mediocrebot Is this one of those “Real or cake?” contests?
Or is this a different kind of treat for a dog? nudge, nudge, wink, wink
Mostly cucumber slices and baby carrots, because my dog is an allergy-laden ball of energy that thrives on approval from humans and food
@togle Your dog wants approval from its food? That’s different.
@werehatrack SO different
I would only buy the Cheapest & cutest package IF I had a Dog
My dogs are pretty picky. We give them dry roasted edamame because I get it for myself and they love them.
@NapkinEater Have you tried brussels sprouts?
@brainmist for me or the dogs? They may be too big for the dogs (chihuahuas).
@brainmist YOUR dogs eat brussel sprouts??
@brainmist @Kyeh I assume my (garbage disposal) dog would eat sprouts. I can’t remember if I’ve ever offered him some, but I do know that he will happily eat raw broccoli stems and cabbage.
more expensive by the ounce than what I eat.
These are $0.50 per ounce, or $8 a pound (on sale).
Whatever’s left on my wife’s plate. Don’t blame me if she doesn’t listen to me or the vet.
Costco Hotdogs
From me, whatever is best for them. From my boyfriend, “steak niblets”

@macromeh LOL, my younger dog approaches bunny turds like James Wood eating a piece of candy.

have a cat…
who doesn’t like treats…
Whatever my picky-ass pug brothers will eat. Training them has been a challenge.
My dog is allergic to chicken AND picky. He gets duck jerky.
from BarkBox
Milk Bone Tinys. 3 small dogs, and we break these treats in half to make the dogs think they are getting extra!
