By classy I mean this is the speaker you can use for that backyard brunch right now. It can play Lana Del Rey while you have poachedish eggs on toast with mayonnaise and mustard mixed (that’s what hollandaise is right? Looks close enough for Instagram) and screwdrivers because you got oj, don’t got champagne, but hey look, vodka. And brunch is on Tuesday this week. That kind of classy.

Pretty much lived up to its name. 2 non functional LG BT headsets, 2 screen cleaner “kits,” a facial hair remover thingy, a gooseneck style phone/tablet holder (I may find a use for that) and 1 new/working set of bluetooth earbuds (the type connected by a wire. The best thing in the box was a pink RF shielded charger wallet. My wife was pretty excited to get that. She also digs the BT earbuds/headset. In all, barely worth the money spent. Oh, the IRK shopping bag was cool.

Most of the time, you get truly random things you have absolutely no use for, but occasionally really nice things show up. My hauls have included a Blu-Ray player,a programmable coffee maker (with a shattered carafe), a designer handbag, nice watches, and a deluxe vacuum food sealers with tons of accessories.
As to the Sidedeal IRK, I’m still waiting for mine to be delivered after playing ping-pong between California and Nevada for several trips, before sitting in limbo for more than a week between the original carrier and the USPS before finally being accepted by the post office yesterday… Hopefully my Instant Regret will come to fruition on Monday. My hubby received his earlier in the week though: filters for a Ron Popeil machine we don’t own, a screen cleaning kit, yet another USB printer cable, and a vibrating platform, which he gladly passed along to me. Back when I could go to the gym I used the vibration platform there once in a while. Liked the idea of having one of my own, but didn’t want to pay over $100 for one here. $5 was definitely worth it.
It’s just the luck of the draw… The Meh offerings are generally much more fun than many others, and in most cases, significantly cheaper than mystery boxes from other online stores. Even if you can’t use any of it, (Hello tons of crappy USB Hubmen, and how many printer cables do you think I need!) They’re usually good for a laugh or a OMGWTFBBQ moment.

Went with the eclipse just because of the aux in port. My daughter was looking for some speakers just the other day for the few times she takes her headset off. So these should work well for that.

@sippinndippin I actually used the BT functionality for the first time to xfer an executable file from my personal laptop to my work laptop just a few days ago. The IT nazis never would allow an executable or zip to be received over company email. Anyway, it paired fine and worked well for that so I figure speakers will also work.

My Mother’s Day box pretty much sucked. I got some Art Deco style pendent necklace, a Jessica Simpson necklace, wet brush, a black zip up pouch with Pom poms around it and some purse that you can flip to change colors. The only thing I really liked was the brush and the Jessica Simpson necklace.
Have to say meh I would buy this and play the blue song constantly to pester my rotten neighbors if it were louder. You know I live not far from an $8 million mansion (although my house kinda sucks) they played music on their speakers for like 2 months straight and I heard it about 2 blocks away. I was thinking time for some Meh revenge but you failed me at life.
Got it today. The combo usb/audio cable is annoyingly short. Also it only wants to do Bluetooth, I couldn’t get it to play sound from the mini-DIN. The manual that comes with it is a joke too. Also the left and right audio channels appear to be swapped?!? Or maybe that’s a problem on my device. The old speaker was mono. Other than that it sounds and looks great and cost me less than $10 so 5 stars.
Mine came without instructions but not hard to figure out and pair to the small laptop in spare bedroom. The display has two dead elements so it’s useless. It works so it will do.
The eclipse round speakers came and only one works. Also paid two shipping fees for the eclipse and small hyper gear and you shipped them together. Not cool. I want a refund for these. They were poorly packed, boxes all fucked up also, no care taken.

Got the hypergear miniboom in the recent IRK. It speaks with a British accent when ready to pair. That and the rose gold makes it classy.
It sounds clear and gets loud enough for a medium room. It’s also surprisingly heavy and makes a decent paperweight. My wife claimed it.
