Anyone have thoughts about whether refurb V-6 Animal (in purple!) is really worth $200? Any experiences with Shark Ion or new Deik (really want a cordless stick vac for our country cottage)?
@compunaut You’ll probably get better price/performance with the others. Don’t get me wrong - my Dyson uprights work well, but they weren’t leaps and bounds better than the Phantom I had that was a curbside find.
At least I paid <$20/each for them. Then I resold the yellow for $50, so my two purples were paid for.
@compunaut I have a purple cordless Dyson vacuum, and for even the new woot price I paid I am completely underwhelmed by the performance. I am left feeling Dyson is more hyp than anything else.
