@carl669 Ice cream, pineapple juice, frozen pineapple. I could probably freeze canned pineapple then all I would need is ice cream. Or I could use the peach ice cream in the freezer. I like this idea!

With the salt content likely not all that good for her, but likely better than potato chips in that respect.

Mostly bourbon, with a ginormous ice cube. On a warm sunny day when the world seems almost normal I might have a rum and tonic while sitting on the patio. And wine with dinner - been drinking my stock of good stuff lately, because I’m starting to understand that life is short.

Now that the weather has warmed I’ve decided to join the clueless and take anti-malarial medication mixed with a topical disinfectant, with an assortment of medicinal herbs and some vitamin C (for scurvy).
Angelica root - gas, indigestion, hepatitis, heartburn, nausea, ulcers and various other digestive ailments. It strengthens the liver and improves general well-being and mental harmony and is good for chronic headaches, fevers and general body weakness as it improves circulation and increases energy.*
Licorice root - respiratory and digestive health*
Coriander - digestion, cholesterol, diabetes, hair and skin*
Juniper - Immune system, flatulence*
Added to the tincture is an extract of the bark of a tree from the Andean rain forest of Peru, which has been used for centuries by the native people as a cure for malaria and other ailments.
Mostly red wine with dinner (and extended to evening on the patio.) Occasionally some cranberry or cherry juice with Tito’s.
But I picked up a case of Shine Heat Wave this afternoon because the Peach Wheat looked like something I needed.
Idk about favorite, because it’s kind of a novelty thing, but the other day I stopped in the liquor store and picked up a bottle of Skrewball. That’s peanut butter whiskey. Straight up on the rocks, it’s pretty tasty, but a little sweet to drink much of it.
Big fan of the Morgenthalerway
Other way is whiskey, butter, and honey warm. I leave it up to you as to proportions. But suffice to say, plenty of each.
Various wines, beers and whisk(e)y neat. Basically a George Thorogood song. No, no, I Drink Alone.
Scotch. Sometimes on the rocks, sometimes with club soda. Sometimes just Scotch.
Milk. And water. The milk is the tough one because I hate going to the fucking grocery store right now.

Um, your liver. Drinking alcohol metabolizes in the liver as formaldehyde, aka embalming fluid, hence the phrase.
