@katbyter That may not have a lot of vitamins, but it’ll boost the immune system. More kids need to get dirty and get a little in their mouths…sans the parasites.
@brennyn@djslack You’re “safe”, Cookie Crisp is substantially higher in non-fiber carbs per gram than Cracklin Oat Bran. Bacon is lower than either of them.
@chienfou@hchavers I really wish the news channels would realize that we don’t need to see shots being administered every damn time they do a story about inoculations.
We all know how it’s done! No need to show needles being jabbed into arms over and over again! And I don’t even have a real fear of them - it’s just gross. I suspect some anti-vaxxers just really really hate getting shots!
@SpyreFox@werehatrack
Cows are not vegan if they are fed “fortified” feed, meaning it contains ground up bits of other animals. Calcium is calcium, right? And in a feed lot, “upcycling” bones and carcasses for free is cheaper than buying chalk additive.
multivitamin enema
@chienfou No shit? Does this really work?
Cannibalism. Though I’ll bet the Supreme Court will “leave it to the states” shortly.
Snake oil “supplements”
@werehatrack Especially the pricey ones!
Mud pies. With real dirt. And hose water.

@katbyter
You’ll get your minerals, though.
Trail mix made with gravel.
I’ve eaten nothing but Cookie Crisp the past two days, which I am assured has vitamins or something.
(FWIW Cookie Crisp has less sugar and sodium than some cereals that are marketed as being “healthy”.)
@brennyn don’t you talk about my Cracklin Oat Bran like that!
@brennyn @djslack You’re “safe”, Cookie Crisp is substantially higher in non-fiber carbs per gram than Cracklin Oat Bran. Bacon is lower than either of them.
@djslack @werehatrack I use bacon grease instead of milk to even things out.
@brennyn @djslack Fried cereal, now there’s an idea that bears investigating.
@werehatrack it sure tastes like a bowl full of cookies. I guess that’s why “safe” is in quotes.
fuck kellogs
@spacemart
Seems like that would take a while…
17 Barneys, 12 Freds, 6 Wilmas, and one broken Betty.
Maybe a Dino if you’re feeling frisky.
201 Pop Tarts
@somf69 Go for broke.
420 Pop-tarts
But not in Texas.
Flintstone Vitamins
@heartny But they are gummies now. How can that be bad?
A vitamin and mineral IV. I’m allergic to being stabbed; a very low pain tolerance.
@hchavers
aversion is not equal to allergy…
@chienfou @hchavers However,
subversion is equal to anarchy…
@chienfou tell that to my trembling body
@hchavers
let me know if you break out in a rash or get short of breath…
@chienfou @hchavers I really wish the news channels would realize that we don’t need to see shots being administered every damn time they do a story about inoculations.

Kale smoothies are not that bad actually. The only salad I eat is Caesar salad LOL. And pop tarts has vitamins and minerals?!
@hammi99 “Fortified,” like all the best highly processed junk.

Swallowing creek water.
I forget the ratio, but supposedly it’s a couple dozen pints of Guinness and a little glass of milk. Maybe a lime.
@kostia
Separately, or mixed together?

Vegemite sandwiches
@olperfesser I spent my early years eating Marmite sandwiches (Vegemite’s cousin). Now, I can’t stomach the stuff.
Elmer’s Paste
Eating a vegan?
@SpyreFox Cows are supposed to be vegan. Chickens, on the other hand, are definitely not vegan if they have a choice.

@SpyreFox @werehatrack
Absolutely!
this is why you shouldn’t play with your food…
