@macromeh Our dogs have a door so they can go out whenever they need to. Definitely a good thing for us. lol

@2many2no Exactly. Getting off work gets me going in the morning.
@Kyeh Both. I work nights because that’s when I prefer to be up.
@2many2no I see - I can relate to that, although I’ve never worked a true night shift.

By “Nothing” I meant not that I can’t get going but that I DO get going without any of the listed techniques or others. I just wake up-and I don’t think that is very uncommon.
