@Kidsandliz indeed. One uncle got out of the marines in ‘65 and spent the next 10 years in California. The other uncle got out of the army in ‘68. Both started college when they got out. Both married California girls. I imagine they weren’t strangers to the weed.
I just didn’t expect them to pick up where they left off, so to speak.

The frosting on top and between the layers is ricotta based. It is thick and tastes similar to a cannoli filling. The cake is similar to white wedding cake and I can taste a hint of almond. Then there are toasted nuts around the side of the cake. It is pure perfecrion!

I make special brownies, but they’re milk chocolate with Reese’s peanut butter chips! I guess you could also make this version minus the special, but what’s the point of a brownie without the special?!

I’d LIKE Rigo Jancsi. I tried making it myself once, using the Joe Pastry recipe ( https://joepastry.com/2011/making-rigo-jancsi/ ) but it was a bit of a mess. A tasty mess, though!
