@lseeber I’ve never heard of them, but I’m down to try new seafood. Are they better boiled, fried or steamed? Where do you recommend a first timer go to try Blech?
clams! littlenecks, steamers, fried whole belly clams, clams casino, clam chowder (new england style please), clamboil…i like it all. mussels come in second.
although “shellfish bar” makes me wonder if maybe it’s for raw or cold shellfish? in which case, oysters or crab.

Those fresh huge Alaskan Scallops that I buy very occasionally at Pike Place market (I prefer Pure Food market, they do not throw any fish, don’t ask the price, just buy them). Those things are as big as a hockey puck…

I usually roll my eyes at the people who ask “Where is the ‘I hate (blank)’ option?”. But for some reason, I feel very petty that my “Something Else” (love all shellfish, but my favorites are shrimp and scallop) are being counted in the same bucket as “I hate shellfish”.

Crab is simply a vehicle for butter with little flavor. A spoon would do the same for less money.
