anyone with the Tea one wants an extra green filter thingy, I got that bit in my last IRK…not the whole unit, just the green filter…still in the original plastic…I have zero use for it…
@jforrister It is a timer and an auto-magic-emptying device. You pour in hot water and set the timer - it automatically drains into an awaiting vessel underneath
Has anyone with the coffee one figured out how to get this to work for people who don’t like 10% of their coffee grinds to integrate into the coffee? The filter just doesn’t stay in place.
This thing is hot, pour-over garbage. While filling it, the bottom drops out and pours brown water everywhere. Yes, the timer was set, so the little magnet was supposed to have closed the valve. Nope. Just a big old mess, You had one job, little timer doohickey. One job
I bought these with the whole set up a while back. It did not make good coffee.
One of these days I’ll actually unpack these and use them. Today is not that day, however

@earlyre I might take you up on the offer if nobody else does; it hasn’t arrived yet so I dunno if it’s a part that would benefit from having two.

Do these get hot and actually brew, or is it just a timer and you have to pour hot water in?
