i don’t cut things out of my diet because i don’t diet, because dieting is a massive $$$ scam industry. i also would never purchase anything from goop or goop adjacent, especially not something that would ruin the taste of all the delicious summer produce i only get to have a few months out of the year, like corn, watermelon, and nectarines. it’s a joke to say it kills sugar cravings - and by joke i mean lie - since you’ll still get cravings but it will simply make what you crave taste bad. so you’ll eventually stop taking these stupid pills and eat what you crave. which you should. intuitive eating ftw.
I cut dieting out of my diet. I eat what works for me. YMMV. I refuse to evangelize about food because those who want information can find it, and those who want to stay where they are will ignore information anyway.
Sugar is number 1 but Caffeine is a close second. My kryptonite is one of those ‘coffee’ drinks that are so loaded with sugar that they have an entire meals worth of calories.
Carbs 100%
There are sufficient sugar substitutes out there that I can cut 90+% of my sugar intake with barely any thought or effort. Despite claims to the contrary, there are no good carb replacements. The vast majority of my excess calories are inevitably from carbs. And I loves them.
I can never cut out bread (not sandwich bread but good bread slathered in butter), ice cream or alcohol. Really what I mix my alcohol with is the problem.
Food.
@cengland0 I came in here to say “water”…
@brennyn @cengland0 and you’re both smartasses.
@brennyn @DoctorOW
/giphy resemble that remark
Chocolate
Random mindless snacking
Soylent Green
@sillyheathen I found that easier to cut out than Soylent Yellow.

@jerk_nugget
Total agree. And fake sugar (or what ever they put in as a sweetener) has been linked to make you crave real sugar more.
Booze. Nothing but empty calories
@TheGreatNico Dissolve some Flintstone vitamins into liquor.
@brennyn @TheGreatNico thanks for that.
Pizza.
Never gonna give it up
Cicadas. But they’re pretty tough to get into your diet, so it balances out.
All of the above
Caffeine … twitch
Crunchies.
Yeah, carbs. Pretzels, tater chips, corn chips, pita chips, cheese puffs, on and on…
I love me crunchies.

Steak! This is Texas. Glad I don’t live in California. Fruits and Nuts are okay once in a while.
Dead hookers.
@yakkoTDI should I ask you to explain that? Probably not.
@hchavers It’s summer so they get nice and juicy in the trunk of my car.

diet… we don’t have no stinkin’ diet…
Liquids, because you just can’t cut them.
@rockblossom I saw what you did there.

Carbs are easier to cut out than you think if you can have fats. Try cutting out fat completely and life will taste like cardboard…
Food, water, oxygen.
Choose 2.

Food!
Sugar, yeast and vinegar. For those of us with yeast, fungi and mold allergies…Try finding 10 prepackaged items on a store shelf with none of these…
I miss rice and pasta the most. Carbs in general, chocolates and sweets sure, but those two items were the basis of most of our meals for decades.
