I crocheted things for my kids costumes. A construction vest and a unicorn hat.
I crocheted a witch hat for fun, but I suppose I could use that for Halloween.
No clue how long those took. Several hours? A couple days?
But I went with less than 1 hour because I don’t have a Halloween costume for myself
That Alien is so incredible - it must taken soooo many hours. I also love the juxtaposition of “crocheted” and " alien."
I’d never have thought of that!
I guess “none” is “Less than an hour”.
@phendrick That was going to be my answer, too.
Only as long as it takes to put on my blue Meh Ghost shirt. Still mad I didn’t get the black one.
Making a small change in my pirate costume this year…instead of the skirt, I’ll be wearing pants…that I already own. So Yeah, less than an hour.

Wow - those are phenomenal!
@yakkoTDI I follow her and her work is amazing! I’m not that skilled, but I did use one of her patterns to make my witch hat!

I’d like to see it!

I get an average of 6 hours of sleep, so my Bed Head costume I guess takes 6 hours.
This year I’m going as “guy handing out candy to unappreciative kids and teens with no imagination or effort.”
It’s a hoot!
Costume? Meh.
This has been my costume for the past several years, so less than an hour, definitely.
It’s got the back image too, so it’s pretty cool.
Well, I just got myself another option:
Also less than an hour.
In my day we burnt a cork, rubbed it on our face like a 5 oclock shawdow and old hat suit and tie of dads we were hobos
