And with your Christmas shopping clearly taken care of here, you undoubtedly are spending your Friday off by sleeping in, going for a walk in the woods, making some nice hot cocoa and taking in a movie.
I mean you’re not seriously considering those crazy Black Friday sales, are you?
Ouch!
Now I know there are a lot of movies out there, though I find it harder and harder to find anything to warrant a drive, parking, $10, terrible popcorn and sticky seats. So for your benefit I have whittled the choices down to two.

I;ve been streaming Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries as some goat had mentioned before. They really are quite good.

@therealjrn She’s quite the tease with the detective. There’s great chemistry in the cast. And the stories are pretty fun. Hmm, must have been a very good Goat.
Knives Out sounds pretty great! Tom Hanks was just cringeworthy in that Mr. Rogers movie trailer, so no way am I seein that when I haven’t even seen the documentary from last year that everyone said made them cry buckets.

Since I have the unlimited regal pass, I’ll try and go see both. The beautiful day trailer made me cry though and I don’t even think I watched Mr. Rogers as a kid. My empathy sensors are way too high lately.
It’s my birthday, as well as that of “Mr. White Sox” Minnie Miñoso, one of my childhood baseball idols, and they should have a movie about him, but until then, I’d vote for Mr. Rogers.
