@blaineg Not just Cameron said the others don’t exist, Arnold did. Ended up doing an informal AMA on the movie and other stuff on Reddit when he personally posted the trailer.
Gotta admit, I had zero interest (last one I saw was the third one and it was bad) but he sold me on seeing this one.
TBH, I wouldn’t mind a reboot, but another in the series? Nah.
Just in case you’re looking for a spoiler…
The trailer looks good, Cameron is involved, and they say it’s a direct sequel to T2 - none of the other movies exist.
I have some hope.
@blaineg if all of that is true, we may have a chance, but I’ll still wait for reviews before spending money to see it.

The Terminator series was terminated a long time ago. Besides, Arnold can’t even remain upright for an Asian back massage.
With James Cameron and Linda Hamilton? I’m in.
TerMEHnator. Hard pass.
@llangley Don’t you mean: Termeh-hater?
@therealjrn possibly. But I’m not sure that I hated it, just not my kind of movie

Where is the ¨Who cares" choice?
Well, he said he’d “be back”…
Going to be honest. Terminator is all time travel and action. As long as that is good the story-line could be trash and it would be okay.
