@sammydog01 i had to search to see why it was familiar. Apparently in 2011 there was another movie called The Darkest Hour.

@RiotDemon I checked my theater today- I’ve seen Jumanji, The Greatest showman, Darkest Hour, Insidious, Pitch Perfect 3, All the Money in the World, and Star Wars. I guess tonight is either The Post or Ferdinand.
@sammydog01 my aunt wants to meet up next weekend with me and my mom and watch the Post. I’m not thrilled. Not my type of movie. At least it’s free, yeah?
@RiotDemon I had the same thoughts about The Greatest Showman but it was fun. The only movies I refuse to see are romances. And that Phantom Thread thing.
From the header, I was expecting something completely different.
@RiotDemon Uh, what exactly?
/giphy and now for something completely different

@RiotDemon Ooh, that looks pretty good.
@sammydog01 from what i remember, i want to watch it again.
@RiotDemon I love moviepass.
@sammydog01 Just got mine in the mail today, hooray!
@sammydog01 I am loving it too. Definitely worth the money. Too bad that right now is a fairly slow time for movie releases.

@sammydog01 they aren’t showing the Commuter? I’m watching that tomorrow.
@RiotDemon I was kidding- The Commuter and Proud Mary are on my list for this week. The Post too. Probably not Ferdinand.

To be fair, my aunt was describing the movie to my mom over the phone, and my mom told me that it sounds boring.

@RiotDemon
I hope The Post is good.
At the time it was all riveting. Only show in town.
@f00l I saw it and really liked it. But you can’t go wrong with Tom Hanks.
It’s on my short list.
@moondrake I really enjoyed it although it made me ashamed to be an American.
@sammydog01 Because we thought we could sit out the war and didn’t help our allies until we got bitch slapped at Pearl Harbor?
@moondrake Yep. I knew that happened but I guess I didn’t realize how desperate the war in Europe was before we joined.
