Wineries. At the risk of being low brow, I don’t really care much where it comes from. I know roughly the tannic acid and PH levels I prefer on wines after much experimentation, and that seems to serve me better.
Michigan. Traverse City area to be precise. My home town) They’re tearing out the cherry orchards to plant grapes.
Except for Ice Wine. Then you’re talking New York.

@dhelmick56 Definitely decent-value wines. Eventually they’ll get “found”, and like Argentinian wines before them, prices will quadruple over a couple of years…
@Ambiverbal The worst I’ve had came from Spain. Tasted like you were eating a bale of hay. But then again, I’ve had some pretty decent Spanish wines, too.
@shahnm I’m a fan of the northern/central Jersey wines myself and they are no where near the Turnpike Southern Jersey wines can be accessed by the Parkway.
@griffin2020@ThomasF or blackberry wine. I grew up on homemade blackberry wine (that’s less frowned upon in Europe… Drinking wine as a minor that is, not blackberry wine).
Grapes
I do not drink… wine.
@Pony What is the meaning of this foolishness?!?
I’d buy there more often if they had beer. And I wish I’d pulled the trigger on that mead…
Bottles
Wherever Boone’s Farm is made, which I’m pretty sure is a dirty bathtub somewhere in the south.

Costco
We drink maybe 6 bottles a year…
I feel like someone is going to say “box” but technically the correct answer is “bag”.
they come from whiskey bottles.
My “cellar.”
Those are already paid for.
@2many2no Someone else’s cellar. Those are free.
prison toilets
It really depends.
@shahnm idc what you say, I’m not drinking wine out of depends… again.

No idea. It’s rare that I like the taste of wine.

@Mehrocco_Mole
That was a great video!
@Mehrocco_Mole if they tear down the cherry trees it won’t still be the cherry capital! That would be very sad! --Fellow Michigander

@Clumber yes definitely
I’m not a wine snob, but I’ve had some pretty good-tasting (to me, at least) wines from the central Texas area (Fredericksberg, Bryan)
Germany, nothing beats a good late harvest Riesling.
I like how the comments all started out as jokes and the expected silliness, “grapes” and “boxes” and “a bottle” and so on.
Then as the morning carries on, and the wine-o’s start coming out of their wine-comas, we get more and more legit answers.
Well done, Mehians.

@MagnaVis
This praise and then along comes @Medz

Really depends on the type of wine, except in California where it is all bad.

Good wines come from a variety of countries, but the worst I’ve had came from Greece.

NJ. We have over 20 wineries. When they have the Wine Trail promo - woo hoo! Driving from one to the next to the next is a fun ride!
@looseneck What exits off the turnpike are they?

Orange juice, sugar, and a packet of RedStar give it a week or so and you’re good to go.
I don’t know where it comes from, but I know it all goes down the drain. Wine is disgusting!
North Carolina
Torn between Slovenia and Croatia. Both are excellent.
I voted California, but believe it or not, Missouri has some pretty good ones, too. …And no, I’m not from Missouri.

The best wines are fortified with Brandy.
Grapes. ALL of the best wines come from grapes.
@griffin2020 Someone hasn’t had apple, peach, or blueberry wine.
