@replicacobra I would think so also, but the last time I gave one of these to my mother she didn’t seem to appreciate it. I was 47 years old at the time, but still.
@Evansdoor Sorry, but is there a story around this? Your mother sends cards out to her children? “Because I know you will forget. Happy Mother’s Day to me!”
The price of cards is ridiculous. Usually, I do something for her. Garden, bake, something like that. (Not to say I don’t do anything for her the rest of the year!)

@ThunderChicken
@ThunderChicken sorry
@tinamarie1974 Thanks. It’s OK. It’s been 23 years.
The handmade cards I made in kindergarten were so cheesy and childish, and my mother loved them. I wish I could that that again.
The best MD cards are made of pasta glued to cardstock.

Not from my mother!

Hey, if it wasn’t for the kids she wouldn’t even be a mother!

@callow you can bake a whole cake for $6.99, why do cards cost that much?
@callow Plus they’re so expensive even though many/most now come from china. Meh.
I rarely get cards. I usually get flowers for my nana, aunt, and mom
Gift cards
Cards are a waste of paper.
Blank inside, because that’s how I feel
This poll may have struck a nerve with some people… lol
