@KDemo Oh, I wouldn't be offended at all! Starblind has woven this incredible adventure and created the most adorable thing ever in TTM. I just happily blasted Pandora for a day while stabbing things with tiny needles. To her creator she must go! @nadroj meme means adding text inside the picture. AS IS means no altering the image with photo shop (etc.), Text outside of the image is only for people who don't think they can make the meme. I see it begins early people (sigh).

@KDemo I could probably write a whole essay on the differences between an image meme, a caption, and a snowclone. But that would be super boring and a lot of people just use them interchangably anyway and the universe is still pretty much mostly okay, all around.

@Starblind - Yeah, without looking it up I think of a meme as a popular word or phrase that works as a response in many different situations. This contest quickly seemed to veer toward captions.
Not that there's anything wrong with that . . .

@mfladd Yup. It can be done right on Imgur. I like using Photoshop to put text on images though because it's flexible and easy to correct in case of a typo.

@Starblind I originally had no photo shop in the post, but to me it was more important not to alter the image (besides text) To me it is how funny your words are on the image that matters, not how they got there. I think this is a fair contest for the creativity of producing a funny meme.
