Looks like it used to be sold on Amazon for $50, at least according to this review.

The product page 404s now, but you can still find a handful of video reviews people posted on Amazon.

100 lumens. I have keychain lights that are brighter. This is a solution in search of a problem so small that nobody will notice its inadequacy.

It arrived just as you said; however, it does not work. Put good batteries in, and it just does not work. It may be the remote not sure.
