Bought this when offered last and really fits the need for all the hard wood floors. Only gripe about it: does not have a way to keep the tools on the base or extension.
I also bought one last time and am happy with how it works on my low-pile carpet. The “hand-held” aspect is not great though - it’s heavy and not that effective for corners and crevices.
