So, the village of Coal Grove, Ohio has purple tap water.
Officials say it’s safe to drink when diluted.
The question is, WHAT SHOULD YOU DILUTE IT WITH?
(pssst - @Barney - do you like purple?)
@kdemo I love purple.
@Barney - I thought so.
@sammydog01 like a purple people eater…yummy
@sammydog01 - I might be partial to gin.
That’s pink in my opinion. Just like calling Barney purple… Not really. Not anymore.

It’s potassium permanganate. You dilute it with water. It will turn your clothes pink. The city was giving away free color remover. It was a big oopsie.
Edit: I watched the video. Some of it looked purple. My bad.
@RiotDemon - Did you notice that the anchor guy called the village of Coal Grove “Coral Grove”?
@kdemo @RiotDemon The header said Coral Grove. The footer said Coal Grove. Someone needs typing lessons.
@RiotDemon @sammydog01 -
My guess is you dilute it with bottled water. Then you’ll have something safe to drink.
@djslack I am sure you are right, but what fun is water?
@tinamarie1974 I hope I’m not right. If you’ve got Sunny Dbottled water then why fuck with the purple stuff?
KDemo has a very valid question and should demand answers from those in charge.
@djslack - So, just mix bottled water into the purple tap water?
I was expecting to hear something about alkaline water.
@lseeber Not this Barney’s!
@Barney!! Is your pee responsible for Jurassic Park? If you start laying eggs, see your doctor.
@daveinwarsh - Yes! I’ve heard of turning water into wine; why not grape Kool-aid?
