Most are gross but there are some that aren’t too bad especially with recipes like shawn_mitch says. There are many good ones out there.
I tend to use water, but when I want something different I use Blue Diamond Almond Milk. I have a portable blender that eliminates lumps:

I was drinking Huel for a while but stopped. I think it’s time to go back to it.
