Pre-captcha?
1Hey… is there a way to get the captcha out of the way with before getting to the purchase page? Could that be coded in somehow, like a pre-buy function? It’s frustrating to be playing the F5 game for a Fuku/The Bag Formerly Known as Fuko just to hit a robot check and miss out.

It all depends on your IP address. Google has its crawlers all over the web and they are logging every bit of data they see, including IP addresses. If you mainly browse the internet from your phone using your data plan, Google will log that IP most often. So when you jump over to a desktop for try to get a (Bag-o-Meh), you’re on a different network, with a different IP, and Google doesn’t recognize you. Same theory for VPNs. If you hide your identity, Google assumes you’re not you.
@Willijs3 Indeed. My phone generally knows I’m not a robot due to it tracking every human thing I do and just has me check a box.
@Willijs3 Exactly. Google has determined they don’t make enough money off my info so I can’t buy a Fuku/Fuko. I gave up even trying.
@Willijs3 I am not sure that is completely true. I am at my mom’s, was using my laptop in the lobby (she has no internet), hadn’t been here for 6 months and only got the checkbox.
@Kidsandliz But are you signed into your Google account? Gmail, calendar, maps etc.? Also, if that’s connected through the building’s main pipe to the outside world, I’m sure that a lot of other people use that connection on a regular basis and Google sees all that activity as the same IP. I could be wrong about which specific IP level Google focuses on, but I am positive that it’s activity based, both frequency and type.
@Willijs3 No not signed in to anything else. This is a retirement center apartment building and I seldom see anyone in the lobby using the internet - of course the two or so apartments near the elevators would get the free “guest” wifi. The rest don’t (I have followed it down the hall to see how far it goes).
Just log into some google account that has a good reputation

There are ways if you’re using a VPN or similar, you need to use what’s called a socks5. I just learned of it not too long ago, so not really sure how it works but it seems one of the upsides of using it is captchas and other roadblocks are much less commonly deployed against you.
Yes, actually there is (not lying). I’d tell you, but then everybody would be doing it.
I know the feeling. I still haven’t been able to shake off the attitude I got trying for that last bag.
But isn’t half the point of the Fuku/o/irk to incite frustration and rage in the hopeful buyer when the captcha screws you once again? You can go anywhere to just open a website and buy something; only Mehtizens get to experience fury, anger, and disappointment when their purchase of unknown warehouse leftovers fails to go through.
Obviously, this is only to be outdone by the rage and disappointment when a purchase is successful and you receive your pallet of USB hub men.

I just get a checkbox, because I’m using Chrome and I’m logged in. If Google didn’t know who I was, then I’d have to stare at those silly pictures.
