These designs are great, and I love the color of the women’s shirts. And I love movie theater popcorn. I should go see a movie this week. Thanks for the suggestion!
Haha, that unpopped kernel - my dear old and now departed Grandfather when we were eating popcorn around the table playing Pente or “Spoons” on family night would call those “old maids” and push the bowl away. Fond memories.
Weird that the bit under “Pop Culture” says choose between a happy popcorn shirt or an unhappy popcorn shirt, but there are two different unhappy popcorn shirt designs.
Seems someone didn’t look close enough, or think enough, about the “we’re going to the movies” one. (Or I guess maybe they thought the other one was happy, but that seems less likely.)
LOL, the last picture looks like Irk is doing that popcorn gag from Diner where you open the bottom and offer a surprise bonus to the one sharing your snack.
For years, I have been delighted by the wit, sarcasm, and pizzaz of our good friends @shirt.meh. Resilient after the Amazon take-over of woot. But I am confounded by this, less than adequate attempt at pop culture. In the time I wrote this I came up with something…
Popcorn… watching an opera… with the word Pop-culture written below.
Which would you prefer this evening?
Haters, gimme your best shot. It’s all arbritary antway.
I like these shirts and some of the others you have been selling. I would never wear them but I do like the designs. Maybe I would buy them for my kids if they came in kid sizes.
@Dizavid I thought the first was a sort of play on optimism in the face of adversity, and the second one is pretty funny within that context (he’s mad about not being eaten).
I hope things get better for you soon, you’re not alone.
Ladies, these tee sizes do nothing for your image. I usually wear a S or M and I have ordered an XL and L. When they say “run small” they mean “run tiny”
They’re both a little corny.

@sammydog01 And eat some popcorn!!!
@Hanky Of course!
I thought there was mediocritee.com for a reason…can we start using that site for this please?
Give me some crappy item or some repost item I don’t want to buy, but enough with the tshirts already.
Side note: obviously if I were to buy one, I would buy the unhappy popcorn one.
Those Popcorns remind me of Ursela’s Poor Unfortunate Souls!

Popping off again eh meh?
Yes yes I remember … stupid shirt Sunday … ugh and meh
@mcemanuel My odd toe co wreck changed “stupid” to “screenprint”.
/giphy screenprint Sunday
The fact that the men’s only comes in grey is meh.
@DarkestLite I like the women’s shirt color better too.
Last couple of shirts have been better. They have upped their shirt game…
Still not buying but the shirts are better
LOL, the last picture looks like Irk is doing that popcorn gag from Diner where you open the bottom and offer a surprise bonus to the one sharing your snack.
I’m disappointed that I can’t get any color but grey due to sizing… that’s size-ist…
@amehzinggrace No pretty colors for fluffy girls like me.
@sammydog01 We gotta stick together…although there was that time you got me killed in a small western town…
I didn’t buy the shirt but I did buy the book- “Down with the Laugh Out Loud Cats”. It’s $2.99 on Kindle.
https://www.amazon.com/Down-Laugh-Out-Loud-Cats-Adam-Koford-ebook/dp/B00LATGLIK
(I do stuff like that so if any of you Meh people publish a book make sure to link it here.)
Nothing to say - POP!
Pop! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

The writeup made me laugh. Like movie theaters can be bothered to put real butter on the popcorn, their margins are much too slim.
@Bakasama
Margins or margarines?
49,000 visits…158 sold…time to stop T Shirt Sunday,
Ouch, only 168 sold all day. Perhaps shirts are not what people want every Sunday.

Oh, you’re mean.
Has meh been hacked by flea-market carnies?
This is what happens when you put your servers in your basement. Someone grab a hammer.
It feels like Meh employee had a bring their kid to work day and one of the activities was designing t-shirts and now they’re selling the T-shirt’s.
@NoImNotNSA The artist does comics and has worked for Disney.
Need I remind you that start-ups can’t take days off? Get off your arses and get something to sell on Sundays!
@hchavers Meh did get off their ass. Meh got designs and shirts to sell.
@hchavers @narfcake Cool, unique designs.
@hchavers @narfcake @sammydog01 Not to mention, I think they’re past the point of being a startup.
@cinoclav @narfcake @sammydog01 i Meh has a loyal following. Now if we can just get quality merchandise on Sundays.
This shit is just mean spirited and depressing. Fuck right off with that. I already live with enough scary thoughts about death and shit as is.

@Dizavid hope you feel better soon!
Saw the twitter notification and got all excited for PopSockets. I came to the site and was let down
I feel like trying to sell too many shirts was the beginning of the end of Woot…
@aaronshupp FTFY. The shift from a deal a day in select categories to offering a couple thousand different “deals” was the driving factory.
@narfcake Is that a factory where they make cars?
@bdb
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@aaronshupp @narfcake luckily they already have morningsave for that

@youvegotamy They would do nothing a for a guys image either…
Ouch indeed. It’s 10 days after order and it’s still supposedly another 11 days out according to FedEx.
I guess there are advantages to Woot and Amazon after all, who knew discount deal shipping could be so hard?
