My wife thinks it’s a beautiful necklace but I can’t buy her one. It’s not a matter of affordability as I have an old trash can with enough pennies to pull off this extravagant purchase. It’s not that I am a stingy husband - I adore her; I would give her a kidney (but not two). It is not that I do not have sufficient technical savvy to push the right keys to pull off this purchase of a lifetime. Even my blurry eyes, stinging from tears of sadness and frustration is not slowing me down. Did I mention I would give her a kidney? No, the problem is that you refuse to sell me one. And one is all I want. I am not a millionaire. If I offended you in the past and now you withhold this treasure I want then I apologize. Profusely. If you would sell me just one not only would I start counting and stacking pennies, I would write a letter to the celebrity of your choice and sing your praises until my fingers are raw and bleeding. The ball (or necklace) is in your court. Have pity on me.
@vikkiruth peridot is usually light green. Don’t recall seeing peridot in pictures. Citrine is anywhere from yellow to orange to honey brown depending on quality… At these prices I’d expect cheap yellow ones.
@OnionSoup
Now see, its a good thing I asked. I was thinking citrine=green, limes, say.
But no, cheap yellow, like pale lemons.
Now that I know that yellow=cheap, (thank you) I’m rethinking this.
Everyone will know I am wearing cheap citrine!
@jst1ofknd Meh I have anxiously been awaiting for you to post a toothbrush for sale again. I will post this everyday until you finally sell another one again.
@jst1ofknd@Pamela hi Pamela and welcome to cult of toothbrush. What’s a Sansa? I’ll Google after I post this but still I’d love to know what makes you want one!
@jst1ofknd@reclaimercube The Sansas I pine for are mp3 players. To be completely fair to meh.com I don’t think meh has ever sold them. But when the folks who own meh owned the original woot.com Sansa mp3 players showed up regularly. They came in a variety of models including cute little Clips. They were usually refurbished and were sold for a price around $10-15. Their big advantage is that because they cost so little you can toss them around without worrying about breaking them. I’m sure a lot of people don’t use mp3 players any more. But I get a lot of use out of my Sansas because I load them up with podcasts and with audiobooks I have taken out of the library. I use them when I’m doing chores and I take them with me when I travel. I love them and I’d like a chance to restock.
That description probably makes me sound old. I remember when the Sansas were competing with iPods. I guess I am old.

@jewelshound We’re back! No pity needed, just a technical issue we’ve fixed now.
@jewelshound best write-up ever!..you should work for WOOT…With MEH’s ROI, they could not afford you,
@fastharry @jewelshound Woot really could use him for their daily digest
And buying is broken anyway, lol
@Cerridwyn Guess they are protecting us all from making a bad decision?
@Cerridwyn @tnhillbillygal um… a second bad decision.
@Dave @Shawn the buy button is broken. There’s hordes of people (2) that want to purchase and I feel bad that they can’t.
@RiotDemon Thanks for the tags. Looks like it’s fixed!
That just sounds terrifying.
@mehcuda67 Mine don’t do that. I am grateful.
Is there a senior discount for buying this?
Fancy dress?
When I’m wearing that special knife.
@mbimeh
Exactly!
This belongs on afternoonsave.com
$525? Valuation by who?
@ThatsHeadly By that piece of paper that comes with it.
/*whom
@ThatsHeadly By what method on God’s green earth have these been valued at $525 ?
@Mothersnakes exactly.
@ThatsHeadly The mother of the CEO of Pacific Pearl.
An hour in and no acknowledgement by Meh staff of the broken BUY IT function?
What if I wanted to buy it?
giggity.
@nolrak
Pro tip: Whether it is a purchase or a gift most women like to know WHAT gemstone is involved. As a descriptor “gemstone” is similar to “beer.”
I’m sure you already know there’s no profit in online selling if the buy button doesn’t work. It’s an hour and a half into this “deal” now.
Really? Here comes the pearl necklace jokes lol
Bla bla pearl necklace joke bla bla bla
Hey Meh staffers, get in here! Buying is broken and @fastharry can’t wait to buy three!
Which is peridot?
Which is citrine?
I want the whitish one.
Would it kill you to be more descriptive?

whats this, like the 200 millionth time for this?..just rename this place to Crapmeh already and be done with it…At the very least, LIST A TOOTHBRUSH!
I thought the Trump tariffs made all of this Pacific bauble too expensive for Meh.
@hchavers
Didn’t you know @snapster grows the pearls in his basement
@hchavers @Cerridwyn Naw, the tariffs only apply to stuff that people want.
Something something post until toothbrush something something…
@jst1ofknd Meh I have anxiously been awaiting for you to post a toothbrush for sale again. I will post this everyday until you finally sell another one again.
@jst1ofknd @reclaimercube Good luck. I’ve been asking for Sansas with no luck.
@jst1ofknd @reclaimercube something something something want a different brand toothbrush something something.
@jst1ofknd @reclaimercube Day 7 of our toothbrush campaign. One week is in the books. My arm is getting tired from manually brushing.
@akparker777 @reclaimercube
Don’t think of it as brushing. Think of it as arm wrestling training…
@jst1ofknd @Pamela @reclaimercube yeah…go sansas!
@jst1ofknd @Pamela hi Pamela and welcome to cult of toothbrush. What’s a Sansa? I’ll Google after I post this but still I’d love to know what makes you want one!
@reclaimercube
Cult of toothbrush? Is that what we’re called now? Can we get a different name?
@jst1ofknd @reclaimercube The Sansas I pine for are mp3 players. To be completely fair to meh.com I don’t think meh has ever sold them. @Pamela I Sansas.
@jst1ofknd @Pamela that’s awesome Pamela and thank you for the eloquent response ! I thought it was a game of thrones reference every time you said it.
O guess that’s y none have sold.
It feels sort of alarming that none of the grownups at Meh have said anything about how sorry they are that we can’t give them our money.
@gertiestn you think we have grown ups?
As much as I like pretty shiny sparkly things being broke keeps me from buying every time yall have jewelry up. The turquoise looks nice though.
