@curtise The apostrophes indicate that the words specified (and their ideas) are one unit: Consider:
- People say 'bath' because of the hideous Neoprene incident where @JonT whimsically made up a code word for free neoprene crap
- 'first' is usually a comment that bored people say when they've drunk too much or have no intelligent thought to add but they really want to be a part of the thread
given the above. A site that bans the saying of 'bath' (or more correctly many instances of the word 'bath' ... those'bath's
(see what I did there) are now banned.similarly... sites that ban the 'first' posts are sites that ban 'first's (see what I did there).
So.... when the 'first's and the 'bath's are indicative of nouns that refer to a specific type of post, they INDEED are apostrophed. Good Day.

@unixrab Use quotation marks instead. If you said no "bath"s, there'd be no one questioning it. Although, honestly, no "baths" would look better and we'd get it anyway.

I only come to these forums for the competition of seeing who said "bath", "first" and "meh" first. I made mental notes of who was the coolest. Those words and those people who said those words made me feel at home here. Like I was part of something special. Like I was a cool kid for once in my life. Without those words, and the thrill of who says them first in every thread, this place is just another lame message board with too many tl;dr posts. Without those words, the only thing that can save this forum from it's inedible death, is pagination.
