I have this unit, bought new at BJs. Well worth $75. Been using it multiple times a day, usually, for nearly a year, still A-OK, even though I dropped it a bunch of times (I don’t have counterspace so it’s sitting on a flimsy plant stand).
Note that the air fryer in this model goes to a maximum 400 degrees which works for me but might not be ideal if your a big steak/chop person who likes the inside nearly raw.
Also note the dehydrator function is useless as a dehydrator. (the internal space just isn’t big enough to be worth it plus it doesn’t include the metal tray insert, which is 20 to 30 bucks).
The dehydrator function ranges from about 110 F to 190 though – so I use it to incubate yogurt, reheat stuff, re-crisp crackers, warm tortilla chips, etc.
(If you have plenty of space in your home though, I suggest you buy separate air fryer and pressure cooker – this may be multifunctional but you can only use one function at a time and the really large pot insert is required for ALL functions so it’s not all that practical to do say, a stew, and this overboiling hot stew must immediately be emptied and the overly hot pot cleaned in order to use it for the air fryer right after.)
All these provisos aside, $75 is still a good deal refurbished as the prices on these Ninja cookers keep going up.
I’d actually consider getting one as a spare if there was an add on warranty you could buy.
@brasscupcakes I bought a second pot and a set of three additional sealing rings for mine. One thing that’s annoying is how those silicone rings pick up odors from what you cook.
@Kyeh really? I never thought to smell them! Mine is still nice and white. I’ve actually stuck it in the front load washer along with my other silicone cookware (not sure this is smart but I don’t have a d/w and my front-loader does a good job on cookware).
I should definitely buy a second pot. Is your nonstick coating still intact on both units? Mine isn’t. It’s got some nicks.
Supposedly the nonstick has a three year warranty but I’m not sure of the terms, like do they make you pay for shipping both ways.
Even though I’ve had mine for a year, I’ve only just realized that French Fries comes out even better if you cook them for a while at 300 instead of 390/400, let them cook off, then cook them a little while more at 400! I guess it’s like double-frying, seems obvious in retrospect.
@brasscupcakes Well, I’ve made green chile with a lot of cumin, and another thing with fresh ginger, and even after going through the dishwasher the rings are strong smelling. Maybe I’ll soak them in vinegar and baking soda or something.
The nonstick coating on my pots is still okay.
I haven’t tried French fries, but I’ll remember your tip if I do, thanks!

Bought this as a refurbished unit here and it works wonderfully, really tasted fried without the oil.
