Not necessarily sweets, but just too many carbs. Cookies, pastries, bread, pasta, chips, rice, French fries, potatoes in any form. Left to my own devices I eat at least 80% of my daily calories as carbs.
Ham. I can’t freaking control myself at Christmas when my dad buys a glazed spiral cut ham. I turn downright gluttonous with ham and yeast rolls. It’s rather embarrassing.
Second favorite - salty snacks like chex mix and cheese its.
Staying up late, typically because I’m gaming. It’s weird I can play for a while then boom I hit a wall where I’m suddenly the most tired human being on the planet.
