X2 insisted that we had to try out a new trendy place that had just opened up to stark-raver reviews (as opposed to raving ones), and it turned out to be ridiculously overpriced and overrated Nouvelle Cuisine (read: tiny-portion ultrabland underseasoned) crap. We both regretted the choice, and no such error was committed thereafter.
