Morningsave Brick & Mortar
20I find myself in Abilene Texas with royally jacked up plans, so looking like the kiddos and I will be heading back toward Dallas tomorrow with time to kill before our flight home. Methinks I will spend that time to kill visiting the Morningsave store, we only brought a carry-on though so cannot buy too much thankfully. Kids want me to show all the employees my Glen tattoo also, LOL.

I hope they know who Glen is or they could end up saying when you leave, “Do we call the police now or do we continue to allow these strange people to walk around unchaperoned?”
Do the B&M employees know all of the lore and characters from the site I wonder
@Ignorant That should be an employment requirement.
@Ignorant They are at least aware that the lore exists, and when I visited earlier this year, they had a few special bits for us Mehtizens.
@Ignorant yeah just let them know you are Mehtizen or VMP when you get there.

@Ignorant @Targaryen The Brick and Mortar store is pure MorningSave. There is little crossover with Meh for those employees. They know Meh exists, but video deep dives aren’t a part of the welcome material.
Only took one Pic, will post below. Was too busy with the kiddos showing me everything and talking to all the awesome staff - seriously, they are as awesome as you would expect. Not all knew about us Mehtizens, but regardless they were fun and helpful and high energy. Bought a handful of stuff, nothing Earth shattering that we have not seen before. The awesome manager gave me a Quip toothbrush, so now I have my own Shroedinger’s toothbrush. My kids and I will also be sporting Meh beanies. It was just so much fun to be in there. It was a great ending to an otherwise crappy trip.

The very nice lady at the front when you walked into the store was great!
I got the inflatable Pink Flamingo with bluetooth speaker (for some reason, my granddaughter (4) was afraid of the flamingo, but not the speaker! ), 2 beer bottle protectors, and other goodies.

@mehvid1 Yeppers. In Plano. In a strip center that’s pretty much all discount and closeout stores. Google Maps knows where it is.

There’s a Starbucks (only for directions) and Leslie’s Pool Supply store in front, closer to the main road.
