@mehcuda67 Not allergic to peanuts, which aren’t a nut anyway. Basically tree nuts like walnuts and almonds. Not badly enough to worry about anaphylaxis, but enough to irritate my mouth and throat. Surprisingly, cashews don’t bother me at all which is a big bonus since they’re my favorite.
Pretty much all, but bonus points for anything with chocolate or chunks in it. Once you get past “ice cream” it’s hard to go wrong. (I might draw the line at some Japanese ice cream flavors, though)

Y’all must not know that ‘jimmies’ mean ‘condoms’. So don’t be nasty. Call ‘em “sprinkles” like couth kinfolk with high learnin’ call 'em.
There’s a shop here in Seattle called Sweet Alchemy that occasionally makes an apple pie and blends it in with some vanilla ice cream, and if you get lucky you visit their shop on that day and your life is forever changed.
My wife loves all those weird lumpy ice creams with nuts and things… I prefer it unencumbered with additions that interfere too much with the creamy goodness; chocolate chunks, fruit, etc are ok but not needed. Nuts are right out.
Culvers frozen custard for the win. Ice cream is now second place.
Not much ice cream I don’t like. In fact, I was a Bresler’s Ice Cream store manager for my FIL in the early to mid 80’s. We had some guests from out of town come visit and the highlight of their trip was when I re-opened the shop after the mall closed down for the night so we could have a personal Ice Cream party! Whoo Hoo!!

Lately, this one from Lidl.
Just to note, I’m somewhat allergic to several nuts so I don’t like Rocky Road.
@cinoclav But peanut butter cups are OK?

Real vanilla with vanilla bean flecks.
I’m always super disappointed when it’s some cheap imitation vanilla. If I’m going to eat the calories, let them be tasty.
I will occasionally indulge in other flavors. Usually things mixed into vanilla.
There’s a local custard shop that is super delicious. Blows ice cream out of the water.
@RiotDemon Kopp’s in Milwaukee or Ted Drewe’s in STL?
@mike808 I’m in Florida, so neither.
@mike808 @RiotDemon both Kopps or Ted Drews are yummy. Fitz’s is also good. I gotta tell you the line of cows at Kopps kinda freaks me out!
@mike808 @RiotDemon here they are
@RiotDemon vanilla has a bad rap. Vanilla is good, and good vanilla is goooooooooood!

With chocolate JIMMIES!!!
FUCK YOU, Sprinkle People!!!
@mfladd what the fuck is a Jimmy? I knew a guy names Jimmy in high school
@tinamarie1974 You poor girl…
@mfladd @tinamarie1974 And thus began the sad, sad end to their brusque relationship…
@cinoclav @mfladd really? I thought it would just give us an excuse to fight so we could make up!
/giphy ride a cowboy
@mfladd @tinamarie1974 You can’t come back from some things.
@cinoclav @tinamarie1974 I am sure we can work it out
@cinoclav @mfladd clearly you have never fought and made up with Mistress GoaT

@UncleVinny what?!? Vinny you creep
@moonhat foreeeeeeeeever chaaaaaaaaaaanged!
Hard to beat real vanilla in my view.
Is it odd that there is no pic associated with this one?

Does sorbet count?
@kdemo if it is your favorite, the GoaT allows it!
@tinamarie1974
Braum’s has introduced a new ice cream flavor called Deep Raspberry Ganache. Pretty damn good.
Coconut flakes > jimmies > sprinkles.
Cracked one of these open last night with bae, there was nothing left within minutes and I’m not even ashamed.
@LordSalem Tillamook cheese rocks too.
@LordSalem @mike808 I recently had Tillamook’s marionberry cheesecake ice cream or custard or something frozen and delicious in a container. Sooo good.
@LordSalem we visited the dairy/cheesery last Dec and indeed… both the cheese and IC were delish…
@chienfou ooh that sounds fun, I think it’s only an hour away
@LordSalem north or south of you? we were in Otter Rock…
@chienfou West, we’re in Portland as of last month
@LordSalem …Doh…
Cookie dough or cookies and cream!
Not really a fan, but when I do eat ice cream it’s gotta be pistachio. (I highly recommend Monin pistachio syrup if you like to flavor your coffee ).
Unless I’m 10 again and Daddy’s making home-churned banana ice cream…
@llangley I do love pistachio gelato
Chocolate.
So oddly enough I was just at a gas station and noticed this sign on their window…what do you see???
Hehehehehe
@tinamarie1974
@cinoclav @mfladd…nnnoooooo they are ALL sprinkles. Crazy, crazy

Farr’s is a local legend. A family business almost 100 years old. My dad grew up three blocks from the store/factory.
Many unique flavors, some of my favorites include root beer and licorice.
The triple scoop waffle cone is a meal.
Though that looks like only a double scoop to me.
Stop in, or make a detour there, if you’re ever in the neighborhood of Ogden, Utah.
