So today is National Corn on the Cob day. I buy it to feed the chickens a treat. What do you do with your corn?
Let it rot in a barrel with some yeast and water. Then distill the rotten corn juice.
Age in some fire-charred barrels for a couple of years.

@mike808 @OldCatLady Who cares about gluten in a good bourbon? Granted, a true bourbon is corn whiskey.
One of my favorite memories is pushing my then 3 yr old son around in a stroller at the TX State Fair while he devoured a HUGE corn on the cob, made people smile and laugh to see him gnawing away.
