Hi folks. Sorry for the radio silence over the weekend.

I checked the holidays for June 10th and well, they all sucked. So, since I missed a few days we are going to discuss “Name Your Poison Day”, which was actually the 8th.

What do you do to blow steam? What is your poison?

Today is NATIONAL ICED TEA DAY – which used to be my poison (cutting white sugar out of my diet was a HUGE health benefit) – today’s also NATIONAL HERBS AND SPICES DAY, which is certainly PART of my current poison - food.

When I was younger, I would say drinking GOOD tequila and dancing the night away. Oh the fun I had!

Now, that I am older (not necessarily wiser), my poison has changed. Although a good scream always cleanses the soul, I like a good laugh. Spending time with those I truly care about and laughing.
