What’s up with Meh on Facebook and the Logout posts? Reminds me of the things I used to buy on Despair.com.
They are to encourage you to logout from your computer so that you have more time to enjoy the multitude of fine products you’ve purchased here on Meh.
Such as enjoying the most excellent fidget spinners or to go match sock pairs.
Facebook? Is that when one is so tired they fall face first into the book they were reading?
I do know that tweets are for birds. My shirt said so.

Tweets are for Birds
Price: $19.00
Condition: Probably New
Based on their tweets, it seems that they are either doing some sort of social experiment or trying to push the limits on Facebook. I’m guessing they got a free advertising credit
Haven’t seen that, but I like it.
I’d like it better if it said “Tweets are for the birds.”
Today’s mehssage:
People are weird. Facebook and other types of communication mediums are fantastic … but it’s not bad to ask “why/how is it free” or “who has access to my information and why?”
Maybe I should keep track of my own information and sell it. At least I’d be making the money.
@Targaryen
What information would you be offering though?
@Targaryen How much for a SSN? Asking for a friend.
@PlacidPenguin The usual suspects like age, race, education, location but they might also find some value in really meta stuff like the amount of Guacamole Takis I buy.
@Willijs3 there are commas involved this transaction I feel.
@Targaryen @Willijs3
$1.000,000?
@Targaryen @Thumperchick @Willijs3
Is that what a Mediocre salary looks like?
You might want to sit down for this…
@PlacidPenguin @Targaryen Holy shit, y’all. He’s underselling this Guacamole Takis thing. UNDER. SELLING.
@Targaryen
I’ll trade you a never been seen gif of @ChadP in exchange for your information.
Also, I meant to post this:

@snapster
You should still be able to see commentary viewing an ad on desktop mode (if you’re using a mobile device) and clicking the comments bar (if it’s not showing the comments), or expanding what’s already there.
In case it asks you to login, click ‘not now’.
People are starting to lose their shit because you’re insulting Facebook. LOL
Was that an anticipated result?
@callow
If those comments about being installed are on Facebook, I can’t see them since I don’t have an account.
Nothing to do with this campaign. I deleted it 7 years ago.
Edit: Nevermind. I found a way to view them.
@callow link?
@RiotDemon These posts are certainly getting more responses than their daily deal which gets maybe 5 to 15 reactions. https://www.facebook.com/542909415844956/posts/1291803620955528/
@callow those are some grumpy people. Cancelling VMP because of some Facebook posts? Sheesh.
@RiotDemon It amazes me that they HAVE VMP which I equate with having a sense of humor.
For all those who don’t want to go to FB to see it, here’s an anonymized screenshot.
I can’t see the rage without logging in. Yet I’m advised to logout.
I’ll stay logged out and just imagine the rage. I haven’t logged into Facebook in going on 5 years now.
@djslack
I was able to see it without even having an account.
I had to use desktop mode on my phone, and click on the posts.
