Well done, @Dave (and team)! Wishing you much success in the schmatta business!
Just a quick heads up that you still need to enable the Privacy Policy and Terms at the bottom of the page. They currently are 404-ing.
Order placed
Yay! (Not really… I don’t need any more frakking t-shirts! I already have too many without enough room to store them.)
But YAY!!

Fuck this site if it’s at all responsible for the Meh homie page changes
Will you ever have single sign-on between all the Mediocre sites?
@heartny Works for me.
@blaineg It is Same-Sign-On rather than Single-Sign-On.
With SameSO you use the same username and password for all the sites but you have to type that password for each site (at least once). With SingleSO you only type the password once for all of the sites.

@Ignorant Bummer. I forgot about that. Hoping maybe things had changed. Guess not
@heartny @Ignorant This wouldn’t have been a problem if they just used separate tabs on the same site/domain for all the different sites.
wine.meh.com
shirt.meh.com
as-seen-on-tv.meh.com
etc…

Given the unfortunate history of post-Amazon Woot, maybe separate tabs are exactly what they wish to avoid.
And perhaps they value some degree of natural selection over time in the separate evolution of the differing communities.
@f00l @heartny @Ignorant @medz Differing communities is right. My years spent at woot reinforces this; some folks rarely ventured from one sub-site to another.

“differing communities” Yes. Shirt forum users and wine forum users are both snooty, but in totally different ways.

Sarah Silverman, re latest spiritual craze, whatever it might be:
“I’m really getting to <whatever>. I love it.”
“it makes me feel so much better …”

@medz Snooty or snotty? Because I do use my Anvil shirts as a handkerchief …
Not excited to get excited over a site known to disappoint!
The reason I never but from shirt woot and an issue with this is I only wear sweat wick t shirts. I know you dont like screen printing. Sweat wick tshirt but I don’t like cotton tshirts
@CaptAmehrican The production issue is that the polyester doesn’t work well with regular screen printing. The options would either be heat transfers – which don’t breathe well and has the look and durability of an “iron-on” print, or dye sublimation, which is a much more expensive process.
$10 for cotton shirts? There’s a good market. $30 for dye-sub? That’s a very small market.
@CaptAmehrican @narfcake
How about printing on rayon Hawaiian shirts?
I’d spend for those.

Looking for the big mystery box, are they available for adoption?
