I 2nd the vote for @Felton10! I’m not one for going big on expectations BUT… I sure as heck think THIS is going to be VERY interesting! Bring on the madness, after all it IS March!!

@DoctorOW I knew my “bubble wrap theory” would bear fruit and garner supporter if I talked about it enough. Either that or the men in the white coats would come to take me away.

@DoctorOW @Kidsandliz In support of my nomination for March Goat, I offer my treatment of Walter-our 25 year old African Grey parrot who we got when he was 10 weeks old. Those of you who have followed his exploits already know we do not treat him like a bird. We do not keep him in a cage during the day-he is free to roam around the house which he does frequently looking for us when we are not in the same room as him.

He is more dog than bird starting to bark like a dog (which he probably picked up at the pet motel to which we take him) and his diet is definitely non bird like with chicken, lamp chops and such.

I think the above is certainly worth some votes for March Goat.

@DoctorOW @Felton10 NO NO NO NO NO you are not supposed to canvas for yourself with this goat thing. Several others have tried this and been denied. Of course more than several others tried to run away from being goat and were eventually frog marched into it.

I was going to say - clever of @DoctorOW to try to head off being nominated for this month… I do think @Felton10 is a highly qualified candidate, but DoctorOW is just postponing the inevitable.

@narfcake Walter asked me this morning how the vote was coming. He thinks he is being treated unfairly because he is a bird and thinks new rules are being made up to limit his chance of winning. I didn’t know what to say to him.

He asked me if I could cut him another piece of cardboard so he could picket Meh-said he was going to write on it “Meh unfair to birds”.

Certainly he has a wing up on other notables in the vice category ie Mike Pence and the long forgotten Dan Quayle.
