I used to work for a company that did work for Cable & Wireless, the legacy landline telephone company in the Caribbean. Got to visit Trinidad once – lovely, what I saw of it.
OK, a clue for #5… look for an English-speaking country with substantial populations of both Afro-Caribbean and East Indian descent… Jamaica is the closest answer yet…
